We are two Canadian students increasingly worried by our province's aging demographic, and the strain on the Ontario healthcare system. As the demand for healthcare services rises, it becomes essential to make each doctor's time as efficient as possible.

CareConnect removes barriers between you and your doctor. Our platform empowers patients to find local clinics and specialists, book appointments with ease, and manage their healthcare journey effortlessly. For clinics, CareConnect streamlines the appointment management process, allowing them to set availability, modify schedules, and enhance their online presence through customizable clinic pages.

Frontend: We harness the power of React, HTML, SASS, and JavaScript to craft a stunning and user-friendly interface and Auth0 for login and signup

Backend: Our robust backend is built on Node.js and Express, ensuring reliability and efficiency in managing the intricate workings of our platform. Additionally, we utilize SQLite for seamless data management.

Additional Tools: To enhance the user experience and streamline appointment management, we integrate React-Schedule, adding an extra layer of convenience for both patients and clinics.
