Inspiration

The coordination of modern care for older family members or dependents is usually scattered due to a large number of phone calls, missed updates, and disorganized notes among family caregivers and healthcare providers. That is why we decided to create a smooth, voice-oriented solution which removes this inconvenience, enabling families to carry out appointment management, keep care records, and make daily updates without having to use their hands while at the same time keeping everyone fully aligned.

What it does

The application offers a simplified interface which enables teams to keep track of their project progress, organize conversations, and manage their common goals in real time. Efficient and clear interaction with workspace data is achieved by using a responsive front end together with a strong backend and support for the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

How we built it

Frontend: Created using React, Vite, Tailwind CSS and regular CSS to deliver a modern and completely responsive user interface.

Database: Supported by a backend that is linked to MongoDB to ensure dependable data storage and data retrieval.

Integrations: Added Model Context Protocol (MCP) features to improve context- workflows.

Challenges we ran into

Managing the updating of care logs and schedules in time for many family members without any problems with conflicting data.

Adjusting voice recognition systems to understand medical words, names of medicines and details about schedules, from spoken conversations.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I make sure there is real-time synchronization between the frontend components and the backend database.

I structure the data models efficiently so that fast querying is possible, without losing flexibility.

What we learned

We learned more about building full-stack systems using React and Vite. We looked closely at how to design and improve database schemas in MongoDB. We also explored patterns, like MCP to make applications connect better and work more smoothly.

What's next for Untitled

Multi-Language and Accent Adaptation: Making our voice model able to understand ways people speak so that communication works well in homes where people speak many languages or have different accents.

Proactive Voice Alerts: Adding checks that happen automatically where CareCircle asks family members if they took their medicine or how they are feeling, of waiting for them to say something first.

Smart Device and Wearable Ecosystem: Connecting with devices, like Echo Show and health trackers so that important health information appears naturally in the daily care reports.
