When a patient is unconscious or away from their regular hospital, finding the right information quickly can be difficult.

CareBridge is a privacy-first AI platform that converts a patient's existing medical documents into a structured Emergency Medical Profile. AI extracts relevant information and prioritizes it into Critical, Important, and Background categories, creating a concise emergency view instead of forcing healthcare professionals to search through lengthy records.

The patient can securely access this profile through a QR-based Emergency Medical Card, allowing authorized healthcare professionals to quickly view essential medical information when needed.

CareBridge does not diagnose or prescribe. It acts as an intelligent bridge between existing patient records and the healthcare professional who needs the right information at the right time.
