Inspiration

Health uncertainty is hard to communicate, especially before someone reaches care. People need a calm way to organize context without being given a false diagnosis.

What it does

CareBridge guides a person through a concern and duration, gives plain-language context to track, and shows safety reminders for symptoms that should not wait. It ends with practical questions for a clinician.

How we built it

The prototype is a dependency-free responsive web app using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The demo logic runs locally in the browser with no account, cookies, analytics, or health-data upload.

Responsible design

CareBridge is education and appointment preparation, not diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency triage. It clearly directs users to local emergency services for severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.

What's next

Clinician-reviewed content, accessibility and localization testing, and privacy-preserving evaluation with informed consent.
