Inspiration

We were inspired by hearing stories about most of the issues with patient safety and health was misdiagnosis. We wanted to figure out a way to prevent this in real time without needing lots of spending.

What it does

Our website connects all hospitals together into a comprehensive database that stores files and data from all hospital visits and displays it directly on the website. To prevent misdiagnosis we created a ML model with an 85% accuracy in predicting misdiagnosis. It is able to remind the patient when they have to take their prescription medicine. There is also a logger that logs the patients' daily symptoms so that the doctor can check to see if there are any discrepancies with the most common symptoms. There is a chatbox that patients can use to talk with their doctor in real-time and 24/7.

How we built it

We used nextjs for frontend and express for backend. Flask for the ai backend.

Challenges we ran into

We ran into issues when completing the misdiagnosis checker.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud of creating a completely unique ml model and its usefulness in finding misdiagnosis.

What we learned

We learned the importance of timely information and accurate information. Prior to this hackathon we did not know the sheer importance of a website that is able to centralize information within the healthcare system.

What's next for Care4all

We plan on continuing this project and seeing if there is anyway we could provide a real change in the healthcare industry.
