Inspiration

The past couple of years has been formidable for all. We have learned a lot about ourselves. Some we already know we had, some not so known. We also learned about our working habits and experienced quite a change in how we interact with things. Take 'Health Care' as an example; we realize how prepared we are for an outbreak. Apart from that, we comprehended our consultation techniques. And now, doctors have a whole new way of interacting with patients.

What it does

With a switch to online platforms, everyone has instant access to Health Consultation. But it comes with its flaws, such as privacy concerns. It is challenging to maintain privacy in such an open world. And the health care sector demands it more than anyone else. We have come up with a solution for that specific aspect. We are making use of Android Development to give our solution a shape. We made use of video conferencing and peer-to-peer communication. Peer-to-peer communication allows only two people to communicate with each other, eliminating lurking eyes and ears. To make it easier for the doctor to keep records of each patient, we have eliminated the need to generate meeting links. Doctors will be able to start meeting with just a uniques number as the patient id. Hence, this meeting code will be unique for every patient, making it easy for follow-up calls. Immediacy also plays a vital role in health care. The ability to start a meeting just by patient id is our implementation for urgency. We also have a simple and intuitive user interface, which is easy to use and provides all the needed functionality.

How we built it

We made use of Andriod Studio, Kotlin (Backend), XML (Frontend), and Firebase (Database)
