Care Compass is the design we chose for the Help Me Decide feature in the MyBSWHealth app and portal. It helps people who are ill and unsure whom to consult. The feature is easy to find, and it turns the patient’s own words into clear, consistent medical terminology. Each recommendation explains the suggested next steps, so patients feel confident as they move toward the care they need. It also keeps patients and the medical institution on the same page throughout. Our goal is to help every patient find the right care with confidence and clarity.
