Inspiration
We wanted to provide an opportunity for people to network in person and in an easy and eco -friendly way through digital business cards.
What it does
CardShare creates QR codes with digital business cards embedded inside of them. It allows users to scan other peoples QR codes and save their digital business card (which has all of their info).
How we built it
We built CardShare with Flutter, Android Studio and Firebase.
Challenges we ran into
Understanding the syntax of Flutter was a challenge at the start.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We got our app to scan and create a QR code as well as link it to a database.
What we learned
We learned about the fundamentals of QR codes in Flutter and mobile development.
What's next for CardShare
We would love to continue to improve upon the UI, and allow for business card customization.
