Track 1 Money Intelligence. Car buyers focus on the monthly payment; the real cost is down payment + all loan payments + insurance. CarCost Advisor computes loan, insurance range and total cost with deterministic Python tools; the LLM (Nicrron nicrron/auto) only explains in English or Chinese, and number_guard blocks any number not in tool results. Sample data only; insurance is a sample estimate, not a quote. PRISM proofs: (1) kb_search over a 12-item bilingual FAQ in the PRISM Knowledge Base, trace carcost-s5-normal-kb-v2-r2 shows kb_search backend=prism; (2) Root Cause clustered 7 failed traces from our flawed v1 baseline into one cluster (unsupported state or age silently gives insurance $0); (3) custom Evaluator 'CarCost numeric grounding & disclosure' created in the Evaluators Hub to compare v1 vs v2; the run did not finish before the deadline so no results are claimed. Known issue: PRISM per-trace auto-scoring returned 401 from api.anthropic.com. Built with Python, FastAPI, PRISM, Nicrron, Remotion, Claude Code.
