Carbon Quest : Path to Zero Footprint

Inspiration

Our project was inspired by a life simulation game where people get to create their own character and combine it with today's climate change issue. We decided to create a similar simulation game that focuses on educational purposes about carbon footprints.

What it does

This game aims to help spread awareness about climate change and helps people understand the importance of one's act in their life can affect the overall issue of climate change.

How we built it

We're hoping to be able to build a game through a solid platform in the future but as for now we are limited to only making ideas out of it.

Challenges we ran into

We are very limited in our ability of making this project into a reality without the proper knowledge and requirements of a real game.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

But with enough determination, we are proud to announce that the concept of Carbon Quest is just as ready to be put into a real game as the people that are in this hackathon.

What we learned

We learned so much in developing and brainstorming our ideas into this project and also found out that it requires a huge amount of hardwork and determination to create something that we really want.

What's next for Carbon Quest

Our hopes for Carbon Quest in the future is that, it just doesn't stay as a concept but also being able to make it into a real game where people can play it and also learn about climate change and carbon footprints. We also hope that people are able to understand and be involved in their actions in life in reducing their carbon footprints.
