Climate change is no longer a distant threat—it is already impacting our daily lives. Yet, while awareness is growing, individual action remains untracked, unrewarded, and disconnected from real systems.
We identified a critical gap:
Industries can trade carbon credits, but individuals—the largest collective force—cannot.
This led us to ask:
What if everyday actions could be verified, measured, and turned into real value?
What We Built
Carbon Loop is a community-driven carbon reward network that transforms daily actions into measurable climate impact and tangible rewards.
Users can:
- Log activities like cycling, recycling, and energy saving
- Convert actions into CO₂ savings
- Earn carbon credits stored in a digital wallet
- Redeem credits for real-world rewards
Instead of just tracking behavior, Carbon Loop creates a closed-loop micro carbon economy.
How It Works
We model carbon savings using simple, transparent calculations:
$$CO_2 \ \text{saved} = \text{Activity Value} \times \text{Emission Factor}$$
For example:

Challenges We Faced
