Inspiration
We were inspired by our AP Environmental Science class. We all learned the negative effects of having a large carbon footprint and decided to help people be more aware.
What it does
It makes people more conscious about their individual environmental impact. It gives environmental memes when the main button is clicked and allows users to take a quiz to give them their carbon footprint score. There is also tabs of resources and information that helps users.
How we built it
We first worked on designing the project we wanted. We then coded the website in HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Challenges we ran into
We all are not very experienced in the languages and had trouble with creating the form using RegExs to get the right value of the selected choices.

We made our first website!
What we learned
We learned how to code in html, css, and javascript as well as the effects of carbon footprints!
What's next for Carbon Footprint Website
Make the website more aesthetically pleasing and implementing animations rather than just images!
