Inspiration: After learning about carbon removal and decarbonization, I talked about it with peers who were equally surprised to learn the power that this space holds. Their enthusiasm was amazing, but the problem is, how do you get involved in this space?
What it does: Our platform bridges the gap between Earth Warriors by connecting users and carbon companies. Users get to invest in carbon credits.
How we built it: Javascript and Python were the languages to build the website, supported by a Git repository and Docker to deploy.
Challenges we ran into: Debugging code. :)
Accomplishments that we're proud of: We stuck with our beliefs and mission in making such a user-friendly tool.
What we learned: There is a huge market for this, and that is exciting.
What's next for Carbon Exchange: To find its own growth story. :)
