Car Seat Sensor

Inspiration

Allen, the one with the idea, was inspired upon seeing the children in the news being locked up in cars

Notifies parents & authorities when the temperature in the vehicle becomes too high

Used Python to code the basics

Changed programs multiple times, and had to relearn each individual program until settling down

Finishing the python code to get it to work as hoped

Learned Python, HTML, Java and how python and Java are similiar

Further development required until eventual implementation of actual sensors

Learned a couple programs. Mostly helped keep the group stay on top of things

I worked on the python code for the sensor to use the info from the pressure sensor to activate the alarm or not. This was my first time using python and it was quite challenge to find out how to use python to achieve the task I set out to do. I also worked on the logo and rough draft of the carseat and how it would work. I had alot of fun working with my team and participating in sohacks.

I came up with a lot of the add ons for the car seat and the design. I didn’t come up with the idea that goes to Allen. But I helped with the design and contributing my ideas
