Inspiration Mental health is a hot topic these days, with the pandemic being a real threat, a lot of people are turning to their computers for solutions. It is very expected that the number of people who are landing on this page is at an all time high. Therefore, we think it is fundamentally necessary that the government of Canada adopt a clean, simple design on their Mental Health pages.

What it does Reconstructs the Canadian government's mental health and wellness page from scratch.

How we built it: we built it using css, html, jquery, and express. We hosted it on a heroku app: https://hackthebreak2021.herokuapp.com/

Challenges we ran into: getting things to fit into place was difficult, but other than that, it was the express server and getting it connected. Artin did a phenomenal job with this.

Accomplishments that we're proud of We got it to work! We got our express server on heroku!

Artin is proud of that, Steven is proud that he created the landing page in both prototype and html/css form, Ryan is proud he was able to create a carousel-style about us page that he envisioned and prototyped. Adam is proud of his brainstorming skills, as without him, we would not have had the ability to go as far as we did.

What we learned A lot about team work, css, jquery, html, express, and about our selves!

What's next for Canada's Mental Heath We will be taking it to the gov of Canada to see if they enjoy our design. We will prototype out all of the ins and outs of the full site.
