How I built it

Challenges I ran into

We are able to initiate a call to a third party number, but it needs to be hard-coded. We also have a conversation flow through SMS that will initiate an outgoing call and deliver a custom text-to-speech, but we are unable to link the flow with the function of calling a third party. Also after trying to send a message, the first response is an error handling message, just ask to send a message again and the code continues smoothly.
