Inspiration
We were inspired by the high increase in unemployment for youth and how they were unable to apply their skills in finds relevant to their personality.
What it does
Our platform suggests possible careers that individuals can follow based on their personality score(HEXACO Test)
How we built it
We built it using .NET which comprises of aspnet core for the web framework, signalr for realtime communication and ml.net and accord.net for machine learning
Challenges we ran into
We ran into a few security vulnerabilities that we were able to mitigate. We also ran into issues with the speed at which our machine learning algorithm to learn from our huge dataset
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were able to get most of our objectives right, especially the machine learning predictor that can predict values of 11260 possible options in under 55 seconds
What we learned
Teamwork is the key to moving forward. One should always compliment a team with his/her strengths
