Inspiration
It came to our mind when brainstorming about educational problems focused on the struggled of students who chose the wrong majors, and did not understand the characteristics of learning according to campus culture and majors.
Then, students in high school who are confused about determining their majors in college with all the provisions of external factors (family, friends, environment, and social media).
One of the concerns of our teammate named Nobel has the same urgency, where his younger sister named Nadya who will continue her studies in college is in a difficult time, because she was confused about determined the study program to took and was also pressured by family factors.
Nadya basically already has a preference for the study program (Management) that she will taken, but Nadya was constrained to visualize the output of graduates of the study program to be conveyed to her parents.
The lack of credible information and many perspectives on the major on social media and her environment, made Nadya a victim of pressured from external factors (family) without knowing and doing according to what Nadya wants.
In the end, Nadya is currently continuing her studies in Statistics at a campus in Surabaya with a feeling of being forced.
Same feeling when one of Nobel's mate named Rusell was already pursued pure physics major for a year, but he decided to move into electrical engineering on one of the campus at Malang. He concluded, "I was too struggled to obtained what I really passionated, due to unsupportive environment were in high school, thus, I begun to try my luck and headed to Engineering field last year".
This aspiration made us execute the Campusium idea with great hopes of Empowering students with AI-driven insights and community wisdom for smarter higher education choices.

How we built it
We made a toolkit or development stack selection, and concluded that we would use Next.js as the backend, React.js as the frontend, and PostgreSQL as the database.
Initially, we were going to use a Java server and a React frontend, but we chose to use Next.js for simplicity and accessibility of deployment.
Challenges we ran into
Our limited time and lack of competence made the web development process very challenging. We had to collect and digest knowledge from various learning sources while simultaneously developing the web. It was a difficult, yet thrilling feat.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of what we are capable of building in the past 36 hours. Even though its not much, it shows our progress and development not only as a software developer, but also as a high achiever. We were able to design, brainstorm, and partially put our ideas into reality through web building and UI/UX designing. It is a great accomplishment for sure.
What we learned
The biggest takeaway from this competition is that we still have a long way to go. We realize that we have a pretty 'delayed' start compare to other peers, there are so many things left to be discovered and the only way to improve, is to attain the knowledge, keep on learning, and discover new things.
We also learned that our limit is 3 am, any time past that, then our body will not be able to keep up with our cognitive demand, and also 3 hour of sleep is plenty.
What's next for Campusium
Campusium is on its very early development phase, it could even be considered as a prototype. However, with the careful planning and mapping that we have concocted, we are certain that it is a great business opportunity that could potentially benefit many people, especially the younger generations. It is waiting further development, and would certainly be receiving a lots of love from its developer (us :D).
This is Campusium team, and thank you very much for the opportunity
