AI Campus Ticket Triage is a web platform that turns messy campus complaints into structured, trackable tickets using a hybrid of Gemini and MongoDB. Students describe issues in chat, optionally upload photos, and the system uses Gemini 1.5 Flash to extract category, severity, location, and safety risk from natural language and images. MongoDB then applies routing rules and SLAs to assign each ticket to the right department and hostel admin, with automatic escalation when deadlines are breached.

Admins get a dashboard with prioritized queues, SLA timers, and AI‑drafted replies so they spend time fixing problems, not triaging them. Superadmins see analytics on volume, response time, and AI accuracy, plus a learning loop where every correction to AI’s category or severity improves future triage quality
