Project: Campus Connect - A College Companion App

Inspiration

The idea came from the daily struggles of college students navigating campus life - checking bus timings, tracking attendance, finding lost items, ordering from the canteen, and managing academic schedules. I wanted to create a single unified platform that brings all campus services together.

What I Built A comprehensive campus management app with features like: 1)Academics Hub - Subject enrollment, results, attendance tracking, NPTEL resources 2)Campus Operations - Canteen ordering, bus routes, lost & found, complaints 3)Productivity Tools - Event calendar, group projects, class schedule 4)AI-Powered Doubts Portal - Get instant answers to academic questions with YouTube recommendations 5)AI Chatbot - ChatGPT-like assistant for clearing any doubts

6)Admin Panel - For managing students, resources, fees, and feedback

Technologies Used

Challenges Faced

1) Mobile responsiveness - Ensuring the app works well on all screen sizes, especially keyboard visibility on mobile
2)Dark mode implementation - Making sure all components look good in both themes 3)Real-time data sync - Managing state across multiple features

4)AI integration - Formatting math expressions and rendering AI responses properly
