Project: Calorie Analyzer Mobile App
Motivation: I believe technology can be a powerful tool for promoting healthy living. This app aims to empower users to make informed food choices by easily calculating calorie intake through image recognition.
Functionality: Utilizing Google Gemini Pro Vision, the Calorie Analyzer app analyzes food images captured and provides an estimated calorie count. This helps users track their daily calorie intake and build a better understanding of their nutrition.
Technical Challenges: While leveraging valuable online tutorials, I encountered various coding obstacles during development. Overcoming these errors step-by-step significantly improved my technical problem-solving skills and deepened my understanding of image recognition techniques.
Future Development:
User Interface (UI) Enhancement: User experience is crucial. I plan to further refine the app's UI to make it even more intuitive and user-friendly. Mobile Accessibility: Expanding accessibility is a priority. I'm exploring ways to optimize the app for a wider range of mobile devices, ensuring everyone can benefit from this technology.
