Calmly AI was inspired by the need to make mindfulness and mental health support more accessible in our fast-paced, digital world. With rising stress levels and limited access to professional help, we wanted to create a conversational AI that could provide moments of calm and clarity to anyone, anywhere. Leveraging the advanced capabilities of the Gemini model, we set out to build a chatbot that genuinely understands and supports its users.

What It Does

Calmly AI is a mental health chatbot designed to:

How We Built It
