Solicit group of volunteers who, like us, often receive robo calls like from Rachel at Credit Card Services, etc. and put a Tracer on their phones. You should be able to trace back at least to originating switch.
Call Tracing: Dialing *69 gives offers caller identification data, but this service is useless if the person on the other end of the line blocks the information by dialing *67 right before calling you. Override the block by dialing *57 after the anonymous call, which activates a call tracing service. You do not get the telephone number, but it will be tracked by the telephone company. Request that the company gives the information to the police for further action if the anonymous calls keep coming and you dial the trace code each time.
