Inspiration
In our day to day we can see lot of people who die in roads and public places due to delayed treatments. And to help those people I have build this web application
What it does
With this app, if anyone feel uncomfortable, he/she can press the red color SOS button. What ever the place that person in, a notification will be sent to the nearest medical team who registered with our app. So then they will come and treat the patient by considering the patients past records, diseases he/she has , etc...
How we built it
First we designed the UI of our app using Figma and then we programmed it with JavaScript and Type Script + CSS and JSX. For this application we have used MERN stack including some third party libraries like pusher, map box, etc...
Challenges we ran into
First we have to figure out how to access the users location according to geo location method and how to send that data in real time to the nearest hospital.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Finally, after doing researches for a whole week, we were able to build the web application which we imagined at the start.
What we learned
By building this project we learned how to convert a wireframe to an actual website, how to work with MERN stack, and learned about pusher, map box like things.
What's next for Call The Doctor
We are planning to build a native app for this web app and test it by giving it to some hospitals and patients.
