How Secure Call Works

Call Secure uses Caller ID to capture and compare incoming phone numbers to the phone numbers of Trusted Callers. Based on the outcome of the comparison, the service provider has the ability to either reject the call or send the call, including the caller ID data, to the subscriber. This would enable the telephone subscriber to only receive wanted calls.

Receiving a Trusted Service call from health care providers & reverse 911

Government must play a role in this service. A National data base must be required to allow service providers to route Trusted Services such as a health care provider, as well as reverse 911 calls to the telephone subscriber. Every subscriber line used for the purpose of Trusted Service must be registered and entered into a National data base. Every call on the Trusted Service register must be required to provide a registered Caller ID, policed by the National Call Secure Regulatory Commission. Telephone subscribers must have the ability to personally accept or reject these Trusted Services based on Caller ID data.

Receiving a Legal Robocall from political parties, charities

Some people consider Legal Robocalls from political parties and charities as an invasion of privacy. If it is mandated that a telephone subscriber must receive Legal Robocalls from political parties and charities, Government must play a role in this service. A National data base must be required to allow service providers to route Legal Robocalls from political parties and charities to the telephone subscriber. Every subscriber line used for the purpose of Legal Robocalling would have to be registered and entered into a National data base. Every call on the Legal Robocall register must be required to provide a registered Caller ID, policed by the National Call Secure Regulatory Commission. Callers would have the ability to personally accept or reject these Legal Robocalls based on Caller ID data.

Call Secure offers Security

Using Call Secure a telephone subscriber would only receive calls under three conditions: 1) If the caller is on the trusted caller, 2) If the call is a Trusted Service with a registered Caller ID that is on the Federal Call Secure Registry 3)If the call is a Legal Robocall with a registered Caller ID that is on the Federal Call Secure Registry. All other calls would be blocked.

Illegal Activity Easy to Police

The only way a telephone subscriber will receive a Call Secure is if the calling party is on a Trusted Caller list or a Legal Robocall. If an illegal Robocaller gets on the National Call Secure Registry they will have to use their registered Caller ID for their outgoing Robocalls or they would be blocked. Any illegal calls made from that number could be traced back to the calling party using their registered Caller ID identity. That will make it easy to police all illegal activity.
