Inspiration

What inspired us is a customer who reached out just asking how a call center works

What it does

Our system allows customers to make calls, even at the same time at once so the system organizes the calls and directs them to available agents

How we built it

We built it using react, tailwind and implememnted asterik for call management

Challenges we ran into

Debugging and using sandbox for calls

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We finally implemented successfully a call center
