What it does

a chat/call bot and a server to automate satim's call center and help measure client satisfaction

How we built it

NLP model (chat/call bot ) and center call dashboard ,using figma, django rest framework and js to automate the bot and wit.ai api (based on free open ser cource meta's models )

Challenges we ran into

finding free tools to train the model, hardware issues (good mics and sound filtering tools to capture good quality sound on real time ) and training the model with a very small dataset

Accomplishments that we're proud of

a great user interface and user experience for our agents and creating a server for a chat and voice bot capable of answering various type of questions

What we learned

What's next for call center app

expanding our model and developing it to bigger data sets, enhace the agent choosing mechanism of our server, using augmented reality so that our clients could engage with call center agents in VR environments
