Inspiration

With the popularity of LLM, I felt like there would be an opportunity to create highly customized interview solution for companies to find more fit candidates while also make interviews make more sense for candidates themselves

What it does

So right now it supports software engineer roles only. The user fills out a form and the web app generates a interview assessment that fits their needs

How we built it

I built it using Typescript, ShadCN, and NextJS

Challenges we ran into

Mostly just building internal api that convert form data in LLM prompt to pass into Gemini API

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It is capable of generating customized coding assessment focusing on utility instead of just Leetcode.

What we learned

To me one thing I kind of learned in this process is for LLM application agent is gonna be bigger than bot. Bot will always be another GPT wrapper whereas agent can really unleash the potential of LLM.

What's next for Caliber

I'll try to pitch the idea to online communities, if people think this is good idea I'll take seriously and work on it for it to be a proper product for the market
