Inspiration
What it does
When booking in-person meetings, you can ask cal things like
- "Chinese, Indian or Mexican restaurants that's close to both of us" -> finds restaurants that are equidistant to both the inviter and invitee
- "Indian, mexican restaurants near 1 E Loop Rd" -> finds recommendations around the address
- "Expensive Greek restaurants in-between both of us" - > Finds restaurants marked as expensive
Once the user has choosen a restaurant, they can use cal to automatically make the booking. Cal will call the restaurant, converse naturally and try to reserve a spot for the date and time of the meeting.
How we built it
- Used nexusraven LLM which converts the user's natural language request into specific function calls
- Uses bland.ai to make phone calls
