Cafe Yêu

Inspiration

We've always liked the coziness and atmosphere of cafes, as well as the idea of dopamine menus. We want to focus on how important our identities and interests are, outside of the digital spaces that we inhabit.

What it does

Our app is meant to curb doom scrolling and also help the user become more aware of their digital well-being. This app also helps the user curate music and invest more time in their interests.

How we built it

We used Figma!

Challenges we ran into

The formatting of Figma was not something we were used to, so it took a lot of Googling and asking for help. In the end, we managed to get something nice out of it.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

This was our first time using Figma ever, and we managed to come out with something that is somewhat functional and useful!

What we learned

We definitely gained a lot of experience with Figma, especially since it was our first time ever using it. We experimented with fun animations and types of buttons, and it was overall very fun!
