The White Paper in 16 jpg filed is uploaded to the Image gallery below. Prototype could not be completed but a compliable smart contract was made and the source code is mentioned in White Paper. At the end of White Paper resume is also in answer to question regarding Team in the Hackathon requirements.

I have missed the deadline for challenge for some reason but in case there is some leniency in accepting projects, kindly consider my project for Polkadot and ByBit categories along with the Open Innovation category.
