Please note that our team developed this solution based fully on the Track 3 problem statement due to an earlier file-assignment mix-up. The materials we received referenced ‘Healthy Cities,’ which we reasonably assumed referred to the Smart Cities challenge, so our prototype reflects that direction accordingly.
