Inspiration

I have created a dedicated trip-planning AI helper using PartyRock that provides an itinerary based on the destination and number of days. The Itinerary would include important information such as cost and travelling time that would benefit the travellers!

What it does

On the PartyRock app, input your travel destination and number of days, and then the 'Detailed Itinerary' text box will generate a detailed itinerary with attraction locations, cost and travelling time included. To fine-tune the itinerary, the user could input any changes to the itinerary in the 'Customization' chatbot the itinerary would be updated according to the user input, creating a tailored itinerary within seconds.

How we built it

This app uses PartyRock, utilising the LLM text generation, and chatbot widgets.

Challenges we ran into

PartyRock is an easy-to-use, no-code AI site. I only face circular dependency errors while configuring the widgets. There was also an instance where I wanted to include an image generation widget to generate the country flag of the destination but to no avail as the results are inaccurate/incorrect.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

One key feature of this app is the synchronization between the 'Customization' chatbot and the 'Detailed Itinerary' text box section, where changes inputted by the user on the chatbot is used to update the itinerary.

What's next for TripPlanner AI

Possible integration of image generation widget once the model improves.
