What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Our aim is to provide a centralised platform where aid and offers of support to the Ukrainian refugees can be coordinated.We hope the application can connect individuals in need of help with those who able and willing to provide it.
How are you solving it?
Creating website which allows for people to post their details for hosting refugees, lists all accommodation options for the people fleeing Ukraine, organizations which are helping with the crisis, locations where supplies can be donated, and news sources related to providing help.

Why did you initially sign up?
We all signed up for the hack-her-thon last year and gained a lot of meaningful experience, especially with the workshops and mentorship advice.
What did you enjoy about this Hack-her-thon?
We enjoyed the opportunity to gain new experiences in coding and also work together as a team to achieve a collective goal
What were the challenges and how did you overcome them?
- Login Screen, storing global variables
- Creating layout for accommodation, news and organization screen
What is the biggest thing you have learnt?
Using React (several members of the team are first time users of React)
