Inspiration
We've held interviews with a lot of previous Hajjies and Mua'tamers during the last 4 years, and from their stories we had the insight that people couldn't explore or have the choice with their accommodation options, before they come to mecca; no photos, no full information, no ratings. This causes misfitting between landlord/ accommodation provider and Hajji/Mua'tamer needs. This also causes the landlords to ignore customers' feedback and provide bad quality to them year after year, regardless of price.
Also we've found that it's very difficult to Hajjies and Mua'tamers to reserve accomodation with landlords without
broker.
What it does
Manafe' is a sharing app to connect between landlords and tenants in a trustful way. This app will help featuring the accomodation during peak times (like Ramadan and Hajj time) as long as other times, which will help increasing the flow to Mecca during the year.
How I built it
Based on open source code, we've modified the code and UI to fit for Hajj/Umrah specific needs.
