Welcome to bytepocket!

bytepocket is a tool that allows cryptocurrency users to view multiple wallets at a single location. Using bytepocket, you will be able to see your current dollar and coin amount of the three different cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple (and potentially more in the future). This process is made easy by simply inputting your public address for your chosen cryptocurrencies. bytepocket does not act as an exchange service, but rather, allows you to keep track of all your digital currency in one place. We developed bytepocket because we realized that there was not an easy tool for tracking multiple cryptocurrencies currently on the market. We plan to continue using and developing bytepocket by adding more supported cryptocurrencies and features. Thank you for using bytepocket!

I worked primarily with connecting the backend to exchange and blockchain API's for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Ripple. My prior experience with blockchain development helped to expedite the development research phase. I also gave design recommendations for the web page.

Hayden Pilsner
I worked on the design of the website, solely HTML and CSS files. Also set up GitHub Pages for hosting.

Kyle Johnson
I primarily coded the javascript involved with bytepocket. I also gave suggestions for design and the backend.
