Inspiration
The theme of travel, and UGA Hacks 8's mascot, Byte.
What it does
This game allows users to relax and have fun.
How we built it
We worked together to code the game and build assets for it, utilizing the Unity game engine.
Challenges we ran into
Time was pressing, and some of us had not used Unity before, so much time was geared toward teaching each other the ropes of Unity.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The game is short but complete and leaves room for improvement later on. Within the given time we created a fully functional game that was enjoyable for all our testers.
What we learned
We learned the importance of communication and how dividing up tasks can make all the difference when it comes to meeting a deadline.
What's next for Byte Run
Byte Run's design leaves room for expansion, as well as some visual updates and updates for music and sound effects.
