Inspiration

I’ve often struggled with staying motivated and making effective study plans myself. I know many high school students face the same issues — it’s hard to stay organized and keep up the energy to study every day. That’s why I wanted to create an app that helps students by giving personalized study plans, daily motivation, and easy progress tracking. Something that makes studying feel less stressful and more encouraging.

What I Learned

While building this project, I learned how to combine AI-generated content with a smooth, user-friendly interface. Using Bolt.new’s no-code platform really helped speed things up, and I got better at managing local storage to keep user data safe without a backend. Designing a clean, modern UI that’s also simple to use was a great challenge and learning experience.

How I Built It

I used Bolt.new’s no-code tools along with AI prompts to build the app quickly. The app saves the user’s name locally and greets them based on the time of day. Users can create custom study plans, which are generated by AI based on their inputs. The app also tracks study streaks to keep users motivated. I focused on making the UI clean, attractive, and easy to navigate, with soft colors and subtle animations.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was balancing simplicity with a premium feel — making sure the app is intuitive enough for high school students but still looks polished. Managing data with only local storage was tricky since I had to ensure nothing gets lost. Also, refining the AI prompts to produce useful, realistic study plans took multiple iterations.
