Passio.go tracking the Wolfline buses

What it does

Text message alerts for bus stops instead of tracking buses visually.

How we built it

Interviewing Yogya for 10 minutes, drafting the problem statement, and presenting a solution sketch.

Challenges we ran into

Not really fixing the initial problem of accurate bus tracking app which is visually helpful.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Instead of waiting for buses that fly across the screen, I looked into a solution that was already kind of implemented by GoRaleigh which unfortunately is also broken.

What we learned

Bus countdowns are necessary and making this accessible is important, especially to constant bus driver shortages across campus and the city.

What's next for Busware

I want to ask around to get more input from on-campus students.
