What it does
It allows you to keep track of what’s being said about your product or service on social media, and can help you detect angry customers or negative mentions and reply them back with replies based on their reviews before they turn into a major crisis.
How we built it
It is built on a serverless architecture using AWS lambda which gets triggered every minute to scan for the tweets of a product's twitter handle. When it finds user's review tweets on the product, it sends it to the expert.ai API and analyses the sentiment and based on the sentiment, the reply tweet is sent automatically.
What we learned
I basically learnt the base of NLP and how text is processed using the API.

We can send specific reply tweet based on analysing the review thereby getting a great online reputation
