Inspiration

I have tons of ideas for starting a business. My first app, Camera Coach, also made me think about how I could start it as a business. I know the business model canvas from practice and thought to myself whether AI could also help here.

What it does

The business model canvas is relatively complex. Many different aspects are taken into account and are related to each other. The idea was to take a value proposition and the canvas will be filled automatically.

How I built it

I started from scratch. A canvas template made it easier for me to set it up and you can find your way around more quickly if you already have experience with it. Now all I had to do was relate the individual widgets to each other. AI text generation and one input field are sufficient. In addition, I added a field for hypothesis and experiments, as this is usually missing and I wanted to add the UX research thought.

Challenges we ran into

Depicting complexity is not that easy. If widget A has a relationship to widget B and B to C, the individual outputs are very crucial as this can lead to subsequent errors.
