It helps businesses find the best vendors, manage procurement activities, and make smarter purchasing decisions using AI. Client Module When a client logs in, they first enter their email, phone number, company name, and product details. After successful login, they are redirected to the Dashboard. The client dashboard displays: Total Spend Active Contracts Total Suppliers Overpayment Alerts It also shows a Monthly Spend Graph, which helps the client analyze monthly procurement expenses and investments. Below that, the dashboard displays Total Charges and Vendor Details, including: Total Vendors Vendor Categories Average Ratings An AI Chatbot is available to answer procurement-related queries instantly. One of the key features is AI Vendor Comparison. Instead of manually searching for vendors, the AI analyzes vendor performance, pricing, ratings, and overall value, then recommends the best vendor for the client's requirements. Clients can also post Material Requirements by providing: Company Name Category Title Description Budget This allows vendors to submit suitable quotations. Vendor Module In the Vendor module, vendors log in using their: Email ID Contact Name Vendor Profile Details After login, the vendor dashboard displays: Total Revenue Products Open Requirements Plans The Profile section contains the company name, category, and vendor rating. The Products section lists all products offered by the vendor. The Clients section shows the companies that have contacted the vendor and the communication details. The Payment Details section displays: Date Description Payment Method Amount Subscription Module Our application provides three subscription plans: Starter Growth Enterprise Users can subscribe on a monthly basis using Online Payment or Card Payment.
