✅ Inspiration

Investors often rely on agencies or agents to explore opportunities, which costs time and money. We wanted to eliminate that barrier by building an AI-driven system where investors can instantly get insights on where to invest and why, reducing dependency and helping them contribute meaningfully to the global economy.

✅ What it does

PropertyAnalyzer collects user input and relevant context, compares it with real-world property and economic data, flags potential scams, and generates smart, data-backed investment recommendations — making decision-making faster, safer, and more strategic.

✅ How we built it

We used Bolt.new to build and deploy the app rapidly, integrating frontend logic, responsive design, and a basic AI-driven recommendation engine. The app was deployed using Netlify, making it publicly accessible without needing manual hosting or file setup.

⚠️ Note: Due to the way Bolt deploys directly to Netlify without providing local file access, we were unable to add the Bolt.new badge directly into the deployed project. However, this file and the project description include the badge to meet the hackathon requirements.

✅ Challenges we ran into

Limited access to global real estate APIs, making coverage beyond major cities difficult Ensuring fast performance while handling complex data and AI analysis

Risk of data mismatch with real-world pricing in specific locations

Integrate trusted global data sources (Zillow, Realtor, MagicBricks)
Improve AI to recommend personalized investment strategies

Add mobile support and multilingual capabilities
Re-add the Bolt badge once code access is restored
Package the platform into a full SaaS product for global investors

This project was fully built using Bolt.new. Due to deployment constraints, we couldn't embed the badge directly into the live site but have included it here and in our submission materials. We hope this fulfills the hackathon criteria.
