As college students, we know firsthand what it feels like to experience burnout. Between classes, assignments, exams, work, and personal responsibilities, it can often feel overwhelming trying to balance everything at once. Many times, burnout creeps in quietly, and we do not even realize how stressed we truly are until it begins affecting our productivity and well-being.
We wanted to turn our personal experiences into something meaningful — a tool that could help other students recognize their stress levels before reaching a breaking point. That is how the idea for our burnout assessment platform was created.
