Project Story – Burger Queen: Social Hub

Burger Queen was born from the idea of creating a playful and welcoming social space where players could simply have fun together. We wanted to design a world that feels like a theme park built around hamburgers — full of humor, color, and interactive experiences that encourage creativity and social interaction.

Our inspiration came from the joy of fast-food culture and multiplayer hangout games. The goal was to combine the excitement of a mini-game playground with the charm of a friendly role-play environment. We focused on developing a setting where players can take on different roles: sometimes a burger chef preparing food at the restaurant kitchen, sometimes just a hungry customer grabbing a tray and exploring the world with their meal.

The project features several playful spaces: a fast-food kitchen simulation, where players can assemble and carry food trays; a playground area with slides and toy blasters that shoot colorful sauce; and a disco zone where burger-themed avatars can dance and enjoy the music. Every activity is designed to promote laughter, movement, and spontaneous fun between friends.

Building Burger Queen challenged us to balance performance with high-quality visuals and animations. Designing characters as burger-themed avatars required creativity to maintain a cartoony style while ensuring they remained expressive and relatable. We learned how important social spaces are in games and how small interactions can create memorable moments.

Looking ahead, we plan to continue expanding the world with more mini-games, customization options, seasonal events, and new food-themed characters. Burger Queen will keep growing into a fun and lively hub where players return to hang out, explore, and enjoy a delicious multiplayer experience.
