Inspiration

We were inspired by online shopping and wanted to create our own jewelry store website. We chose a real Algerian brand, Ilyes Bijoux, to make it more realistic and easier to fill with real products. We wanted to build it from scratch and sharing our imaginations.

What it does

The website shows rings, earrings, necklaces, and watches. Users can scroll, view pictures, and see prices. It’s a simple one-page site, made easy for everyone to use.

How we built it

We built it with HTML, CSS, and a bit of JavaScript, and hosted it using GitHub Pages.

Challenges we ran into

Time was short, so we had to work fast and stay organized. We also had trouble with image sizes and keeping files in the right folders. We were not used to working as a team or using GitHub, so that was a challenge too.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that the site is online and looks like a real store. Even as beginners, we managed to finish everything by ourselves.

What we learned

We learned how to build a site from scratch, organize files, and share our work online.it also helped us improve teamwork.

What's next for Bur/Web

In the future, we want to add a shopping cart, login system, and make the design more mobile-friendly and professional.
