Inspiration

I had to create a business plan for my saas startup here in New Zealand we don't have many funding opportunities for new businesses so I wanted to create a tool that would help me plan and automate some of the harder parts of making a business plan. and make it useful for anyone else who was having the same anxiety I was about creating this.

What it does

offers over 100 templates as well as automated suggestions based upon the template category tio help users make a business plan aswell as 8 other strategic tools that are often requirements moving forward with catalyst product launching programmes

How we built it

mainly using Bolt, But I also fixed some of the issues in vsc.

Challenges we ran into

bolt kept using ai in the language of the site which I wanted to try and avoid for its an automation tool not actually ai.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

it works and offers over 100 templates for all different types of businesses

What we learned

the frontend can be so powerful all on its own

What's next for buildbiz

we have shown this to a catalyst group in New Zealand to see if it helps improve there workflow for onboarding new entrepreneurs. I plan to showcase it within our desktop app in a suite of useful business tools and automation products that help users launch their business faster and get past pain points
