👋 Hi, I’m Brian Sibanda

I come from the worlds of marketing, construction, and tech — with a career that’s spanned projects across Africa and the U.S. I’ve helped brands scale from Botswana to Texas, but one challenge kept resurfacing: how do we quote construction jobs accurately and fast, especially when we're remote?

Whether I was managing social media for a roofing brand in the States or trying to help a local contractor back home, the pain was the same:

🧱 Contractors lose deals from slow turnarounds

💻 Remote teams like mine are stuck without accurate tools

So I built a bridge between those worlds: BuildMate AI.

💡 What It Does

BuildMate AI is a mobile-first diagnostic platform that allows anyone — from local homeowners to commercial developers — to:

🎙️ Add a voice note to describe the issue

🤖 Get a full AI-powered diagnostic report in 60 seconds:

Damage type + severity

Cost estimate (localized)

Weather risk score

Downloadable PDF (insurance-ready)

And we didn’t stop there — we launched a second platform for contractors and developers to license our engine and embed it into their websites:

This isn’t a "rural" problem — everyone needs faster, more accurate diagnostics

Speed and trust are more valuable than perfection

Remote workflows (like mine from Botswana to Texas) require instant tools

We built everything on Bolt.new using clean, modular architecture:
