In a male dominant field of entrepreneurship, it is hard to provide a non judgemental and warm community for incoming businesses to thrive and it is even harder for women to be successful.
What it does
Some of our features include a page about how to attain capital to finance your business, a page on how to market your brand and business, as well as forums that show other user’s businesses and allows for questions and answers, lastly a page to make a profile with Building the Business.
How we built it
Challenges we ran into
Some of the challenges we faced while putting our webpage together include storing all the data onto a server in back end coding.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This was the first hackathon for most of us and just being able to create something was amazing.

What's next for Building the Business - JPMC Challenge
To further develop the Capital Gains Page of our web application we would include an interactive feature that once you make a profile with us, we would be able to provide a ForYou search results, for example: like various women-owned small business grants. To further develop the marketing page of our web application we would include an interactive feature that once you make a profile with us, we would be able to provide a more personalized version of marketing tips based on your type of product. To further develop the Q &A page of our web application we would include an interactive feature where once you make a profile with us, we would post your own business story on this page and have a functioning Q & A section with a backend database. To further develop the profile page of our web application, we could make it more cohesive with the rest of the website by including the header, logo, and theme. We can also move data storage into a database to efficiently store all the usernames, emails, and passwords. We can also connect it to the main website by putting everything into an html file.
