Inspiration

With return to work after lockdown there is benefit to automate claims verification task and assign to staff

What it does

Collects claim details for damage cars , separate by type of damage, verification of claim validity thru AI model(see built with) send email to the claim evaluator.

How we built it

branch creates csv file of Claimants , who is requesting claim at insurer branch ,including photo details.AA360 Bot will collect all information from the branch. It will submit to database (Airtable Api) ,where chart report is generated for different damages . built a model that classifies damages . TRAINED a machine learning dataset for car damage on AI platform (see built with).

Challenges we ran into

AutomationAnywhere 360 is challenge in first time using automation. Integrating the Interactive web form to AA360 and extracting the values from Csv file and the update database thru rest Api . collected data is then send to AI (peltarion) trained car damage model for identifying possible false claim or not.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Connect AA360 to a AI machine learning workflow .planning the workflow and integration with zapier Build Ai workflow, that automates a task . trained a machine learning dataset for car damage.

What we learned

Collect data in csv file thru AA360 automation via web form and use machine learning to separate faulty claims from appropriate claims .
